Part 2:


Squat Cleans (70+% of part 1)

Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

*12 Minute Cap


*Your heaviest sets in the clean complex should all be squat cleans, leading to the squat cleans in Part 2 feeling “light”.  How does a moderate weight feel when you’re tired?
