Crossfit Open 14.2

3 Minutes to Accomplish the Following:

2 Rounds:

10 Overhead Squats

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

*If athlete finishes, he/she will rest for remaining time, then:

3 Minutes to Accomplish the Following:

2 Rounds

12 Overhead Squats (95/65)

12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

*If athlete finishes, he/she will rest for remaining time, then:

3 Minutes to Accomplish the following:

2 Rounds

14 Overhead Squats (95/65)

14 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

*Athletes will continue on this ascent in reps every 3 Minute until they can no longer get their set done in 3 minutes.

SPECIAL NOTE:

All-

This workout is NOT for everyone.  We will alter the WOD to movements so that everyone can come in and get a solid workout in if need be, no matter what.  If you are uncomfortable with the overhead squat, we will have something else ready for you.  Sorry for any confusion this presents.  You are all awesome.
