*1 Partner chips away while the other runs 400 M.  Switch roles when he/she returns from the run.


Just like always - don’t leave your teammate hanging!  Run hard and test yourself when you are tired - see what you can accomplish when you are breathing heavy.  You can always do another wall ball and another burpee.
