REST DAY


Enjoy this weather and do something active outside.  Bike, Run, Hike, have a catch....Do something.  It will help relieve soreness from the week and it will prepare you for another week of work and working out!

Please make every effort to get to Bison for a class on Tuesday.  We have a VERY important WOD that we want all of you to participate in!  You are awesome.  Seeing some big progress from all of you.
