*Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. 


“Nate” is an unusually “technical” workout for a hero WOD, but the goal remains the same - a long GRITTY workout designed to remember the fallen.  Don’t scale up today - pick the version that your skills are suited for an continuously move for 20 minutes.
