Split Jerk

*Hold the catching position for 3 seconds

*Weight should not exceed 50% of heaviest clean and jerk

Part 2:

7 x 1

Snatch Push Press

Part 3:

10 x 1

Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat

*Hold the catching position for 3 seconds on Snatch Balance

*This should be LIGHT if this is a newer movement for you.  Light may be an empty training bar
