*GREAT JOB YESTERDAY!  All of you looked awesome on the back squats and wall balls when it came to your form and depth.  Keep it up.  

*Shout out to Nick B....who PR'ed his 5 rep max on the Back Squat at 295 pounds!  Nick is one of the more experienced athletes we have here and that was a 20 pound PR!  Goes to show that progress never stops with this stuff.  Just be patient and keep working...your progress is coming.

*Anyone interested in doing a Reebok Spartan Race on Sunday June 8th, please let us know.  We would love to get a group together!
