125 Burpees to Target

*At 0:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, and 8:00, perform 15 KB Swings 

*At 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, and 18:00, perform 14/12 Cal Row


*22 Minute Cap

A) Back squat to heavy single

B) 2 power clean + 1 hang squat clean to max

Remember, it's just a burpee.  Make sure you have enough juice to get through the KB Swings and Row, getting50 burpees done as fast as possible won't be a good idea.  KEEP MOVING, but do not sprint early.
