*Nothing like a good ol’ fashioned Tabata day.  The movements are simple, but do not underestimate how taxing this is going to be.  The shorter the workout, the longer the required warm up.  Today is not a good day to practice double unders - stick to what you can do and move continuously for 20 seconds
