From Minute 3-6

12 Overhead Squats

12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

From 6-9

2 Rounds

14 Overhead Squats

14 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

From 9-12

2 Rounds

16 Overhead Squats

16 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

*This pattern continues as long as you can finish the 2 rounds within the 3 Minute time frame

*There is a scaling option for this workout.  OHS are (65/45) and the pull ups are chin-over

*If pull ups and/or OHS are not possible for you, we will give you a similar WOD that you are comfortable with
