3 Squat Clean and Jerks 

Every 1:30 – 3 Sets @75-85%

2 Squat Clean and Jerks 

Every 1:30 – 4 Sets @85+%

1 Squat Clean and Jerk 

Part 2:

3 x 5

Push Press OR Pause Front Squat f/floor @60-70% of final set (THIS SHOULD NOT FEEL LIKE A MAX LOAD)

You will have plenty of rest to work with here. Use it and try to push some heavy weight. Part 2 should be dictated by which you feel is more of a limiting factor, the squat or the the jerk.
