24 total clean and jerks today. Early on, you won’t have a ton of time to change weights. Go into this thinking you’ll do 2 sets at a weight before making a jump. NOTE THE SINGLES ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GO TO FAILURE. Gains can be had with you getting more consistent with movement in the 80-90% zone. Attack that at the end.
