Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Bison!
If you are new to CrossFit, you will need to participate in two of our “Beginner Classes”. Over the course of these two sessions you will be taught the basic, and not-so-basic, movements of CrossFit. Beginner classes will be offered at various times throughout the week to accommodate your schedule. If you still don’t feel comfortable after 2 sessions we encourage you to come to as many as you like until you feel confident enough for the Workout of the Day. Safety is our top priority and we want to ensure that you can perform these movements the correct way to prepare you for this kind of training. By offering this kind of attention in a small group setting, our coaches will be able to focus on your strengths and weaknesses. This will pave the way for a seamless transition in to the daily workouts at Crossfit Bison!
For those that have been involved with a Crossfit regimen on your own or at another facility, we simply ask that you arrange a time for a quick, 5 minute test out to ensure that you have learned the movements correctly.
