Living in Hoboken, my wife and I had found a small gym that specialized in HIIT style training. We loved it! After moving to the area, we quickly realized that we were missing the intensity and community of the group fitness class. After some research, we decided to try CrossFit Bison and soon knew we had found a second home. We began at Bison because we wanted a more intense workout routine, but keep coming back for the amazing community we have found here.
I coach because there is no better feeling than helping someone along the path to doing something they never thought they could.
